There are times when you’re going to have get into your property to do repairs, inspections or any number of things for upkeep and your tenants are nowhere to be found, what can you do?   Or what about when you have to show the property to prospective tenants, or buyers and you just can’t get a hold of your current tenants?   Our suggestion is that you do it the correct way, the legal way, and post a “24 Hour Notice of Entry”.
